How do you ensure the purity of your products?
At Anveshan, we use traditional methods like wood-pressing for oils and stone-grinding for spices. Every batch is lab-tested for purity and contains no artificial preservatives or additives.
How long does it take for my order to be delivered?
Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days for metropolitan areas and 5-7 business days for the rest of the country, depending on your location.
Are your products sourced directly from farmers?
Yes, we work directly with micro-entrepreneurs and farmers across India to ensure fair trade and the highest quality of raw materials sourced from their native origins.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the nature of food products, we only accept returns if the item is received in a damaged condition or if the wrong product was delivered. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Do you offer cash on delivery (COD)?
Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery for most pin codes across India, in addition to secure online payment options like UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking.
Why is wood-pressed oil better than refined oil?
Wood-pressing (Kacchi Ghani) involves crushing seeds at low temperatures, which preserves the natural nutrients, antioxidants, and aroma that are typically lost in high-heat chemical refining.
